These sessions are for when you feel scattered, uncentered, or disconnected from yourself and your surroundings. Together, we focus on bringing your awareness back into the body, helping you feel more present, steady, and supported. Through gentle grounding techniques and nervous system support, your body is guided into a more regulated and balanced state. This is not about changing anything quickly, but allowing your system to settle into a rhythm that feels stable and sustainable. This is a space where you can reconnect with yourself, restore a sense of calm, and gently return to a place of clarity and steadiness.
